Frank is a successful businessman in Mexico, having one of the largest optical chains of wholesale optical supplies, laboratories, and surgical centers. He has been and continues to be involved in the highest levels of leadership in business, professional, and civic organizations. Frank is an amazing speaker, clear and articulate. He is bilingual and bicultural ~ having studied in the United States and Mexico and earning degrees in business and optometry.
